Enjoy this apartment with three spacious bedrooms and everything you need for a comfortable stay: a main bedroom with a 150 cm bed, a twin bedroom with two 90 cm beds and a single bedroom with one 90 cm bed. Full bathroom with a shower, a very bright living-dining room and a kitchen with everything you need for your days on holiday or working. Air conditioning in every room.
Ideal for travellers looking for comfort, good transport links and a practical base for exploring the city and the Costa del Sol. This stylish property is perfect for families and groups who want to get to know the city.
You can use all areas of the property and enjoy a coffee or a good glass of wine on the terrace, decorated to create a comfortable, relaxing feel.
Right opposite there is a pretty public park with a children's play area, where you can sit and relax. All along the street there are shops of every kind: a bakery, a pharmacy and a Mercadona supermarket.
Shortly before you arrive, our manager Lourdes will contact you to arrange your arrival, welcome you and hand over the keys. She will help you throughout your stay with anything or any information you need, and we are in constant contact with her so that you have a wonderful stay.
Although it is in a traditional, iconic neighbourhood of Málaga, the apartment was completely renovated in 2022.
The apartment is in a quiet residential area of Málaga, with all kinds of services, shops and restaurants. You can park for free along the street.

“The location is just perfect. Outside of the city center where the locals live, but it has very convenient connections to the metro, train, and bus lines. It’s very easy to reach the center or surrounding towns. The sea is also within walking distance, and there is a huge park along the route which is very nice! LIDL and Mercadona are both within 5 minutes walking distance and we could find nice restaurants and tapas places walking towards the sea. The flat is true to the pictures. It’s a nice comfortable flat in a good condition. We really enjoyed the stay here when resting. It really felt like being at home, we had everything we needed. Separate air conditioning for all rooms, a washing machine, coffee machine, a fully furnished kitchen whatever you may need. 🙂”
