On the seventh floor, this 48 m² space, renovated in 2023, offers calm and natural light facing the Mediterranean. Only 250 m from the beach, it is perfect for couples or digital nomads looking for inspiration, peace and connection: enjoy the views, the sound of the sea and an ideal location for living, working and unwinding.
The apartment is in the iconic Eurosol buildings in Torremolinos, on avenida Joan Miró, surrounded by splendid gardens that lead you on a stroll to the great seafront promenade. It is very well connected, with a bus stop that takes you straight to the centre, and a supermarket, pharmacy and all kinds of shops opposite.
We always welcome our guests in person. Our manager Lourdes will contact you a few days before your arrival, and we are in constant contact with her so that you have an unforgettable stay.
Located on avenida Carlota Alessandri in Torremolinos, the apartment offers the perfect combination of accessibility and serenity. The area, known for its charming mix of the modern and the traditional, is the ideal starting point for exploring the best of the Costa del Sol.
Just a few steps away you'll find a wide variety of restaurants, cafés and bars where you can enjoy everything from authentic Spanish cuisine to international dishes. Torremolinos nightlife is lively and vibrant, with something for every taste, and if you fancy walking to the end of the pedestrian seafront promenade, you'll enjoy the nightlife of Puerto Marina.
On the same avenida Carlota Alessandri, opposite the apartment's front door, there is an Aldi supermarket. Around the seafront promenade there are also plenty of shops and boutiques, from handmade souvenirs to the latest fashion trends.
The beach is a short walk away, for enjoying the Mediterranean sun or water activities. There are also gardens and parks nearby, such as La Batería, ideal for a picnic or for relaxing with a good book in the shade of the trees.
The area is safe and welcoming, perfect for couples looking for a peaceful stay that is still connected to the pulse of the Costa del Sol. And after exploring every corner of this wonderful coast, you return each day to your peaceful apartment with sea views.
Buses: a few metres from the front door there is a stop for several lines that run along avenida Carlota Alessandri and take you to Málaga city centre, the airport and other coastal towns such as Benalmádena, Fuengirola or Marbella.
Cercanías train: the nearest station is a short distance away and connects Torremolinos with Málaga city, the airport and Fuengirola. Ideal for day trips and for business or leisure travel.
Finding parking in Torremolinos can be difficult in high season, but avenida Carlota Alessandri offers several options:
On the street: there are free parking areas along the avenue and its side streets.
Public car parks: there are several near the apartment, with daily or hourly rates, safe and convenient if you'll be using a car during your stay.
Private spaces in the building: these are only for the owners who live there.
The apartment has all the equipment you need for your comfort throughout your stay, with air conditioning to keep the temperature ideal at all times.
The kitchen has appliances (you can check their instructions if you need to), utensils and kitchenware to prepare any dish or your favourite coffee or tea, as well as cleaning utensils and products to leave everything spotless: scouring pad, cleaning cloth, tea towel, cleaning gel and a bin for sorting waste.
You'll have all the linen you need for your stay: a set of towels per person, bath mat, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a hair dryer. There is also a first aid kit in case it's needed.
The bed in the bedroom is 150 × 200, with a mattress of even firmness across the whole surface and bed linen suited to the season and the length of your stay. There are wardrobes in the bedroom, in the living room and by the entrance, where the ironing board is.
We also leave you a complimentary beach towel per person.

“The service was wonderful and the house lacked for nothing. The kitchen has all the utensils and appliances you need (toaster, blender, coffee maker…). Air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom. The house, very clean, with shower and beach towels, toilet paper, plenty of pillows and blankets, kitchen roll, even a pasta strainer… We didn’t have to buy anything. They also left us fruit and water. The stay was incredible, 3 minutes’ walk from the beach and with incredible views.”
“I went with my girlfriend. Lovely, on the 7th floor, with views of the coast as far as Benalmádena. A treat for the eyes, with a lovely balcony. La Carihuela promenade is a 5-minute walk away, and right across the street there’s an Aldi and the bus stop that takes you to the centre of Torremolinos in 5 minutes and to the centre of Málaga. The place is spacious, with a large bedroom with a big bed and air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom. All in all, a great stay and absolutely recommended. We’ll be back!”

“I know this area of Torremolinos quite well and I usually rent apartments when I visit my family while working remotely. This is, by far, the best apartment I’ve rented. It’s very quiet, has fantastic views from the seventh floor and gets lots of light and sun all day. It has just been renovated and is impeccably decorated. La Carihuela beach and the restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk away. Perfect for a couple or for anyone travelling alone.”

“From the moment we got out of the taxi, the lovely Lourdes welcomed us with a beautiful smile and a ‘Hello’. She took us to a fabulous apartment on the seventh floor, with the lift right next to the door. Five-star accommodation, just like home: going to sleep and waking up to a stunning view of the Mediterranean. Very well equipped, a very comfortable bed, air conditioning and spacious. If we needed anything, Lourdes was at the other end of the phone, and when we left she was there with her smile to say ‘goodbye’ until 2025.”
